Vanessa J.D. Van Sickle
Vanessa has practiced family law since being called to the BC Bar in 1988.
She is accredited as a family law mediator and collaborative law practitioner; a senior subject editor for JP Boyd on Family Law, co-authoring the pages on Separation and Divorce; and is actively involved in the Trial Lawyers Association of BC (TLABC) as a member of their family law committee and a presenter for their Continuing Legal Education program.
Vanessa has served as an elected member of the Canadian Bar Association - BC Branch Provincial Council, and has lectured for the Law Society of BC professional legal training course.
She has also appeared at all three levels of court in BC: Provincial, Supreme, and the Court of Appeal.
Her practice is currently based in South Surrey, BC.
